Features

• The electro-hydraulic proportional control and outstanding inching performance can meet the precision lifting function.

• Multiple security protection of the three-color lamp sound-light alarm, walking alarm and torque limiter

• Swing mechanism adopts independent closed-type system, imported swing pump and adjustable eccentric swing reducer, which guarantee the smooth swing operation.

• Self-assembly and disassembly function is equipped, which can reduce assembly and disassembly time and mounting cost arised from auxiliary crane.

• Working with main hook under operation with fixed jib (S-2) and working with auxiliary hook under operation with fixed jib (SF-2) are available. With fixed jib installed, the switchover between main hook and auxiliary hook can be realized through the switchover of operation mode in the monitor, and thus the time for boom dismantling and replacement can be saved.

Crawler Crane(QUY55) is designed and developed independently in absorption of foreign advanced technology and combined with China domestic work conditions. It features hydraulic drive, full swing and lattice boom, and also the first one adoption of pilot proportional control in China domestic crawler cranes. This crane is easy operation, stable travel and reasonable arrangement in structure. The maximum lifting capacity is 50t, boom length 13m~52m, jib length 9.15m~15.25m. This crane is suitable for lifting and installation job in construction site, mine, factory and dockside. Optional mechanical grab is available for earth moving and stacking work.
