1) Power system Deutz BF6M1013EC turbocharged diesel engine is reliable and durable, long life, strong power, low fuel consumption, compact structure and low maintenance cost.
2) Travel system The independent left and right microcomputer-controlled travel system has good low-speed stability and straight-line driving performance; the wide track shoes and long ground contact length ensure that sufficient traction can be provided under various harsh working conditions to ensure the stability of the travel speed; the use of a well-known domestic brand of four-wheel one-belt can ensure the reliability of its device.
3) Control system The new generation of Shantui microcomputer intelligent control system uses the imported EPE C controller as the main control body, supplemented by a high-precision ultrasonic automatic feeding and distributing device and an imported automatic leveling device to improve work efficiency and work quality, reduce the driver's work intensity, and make the paving effect more uniform, and the low-speed paving has the advantages of more stable.
4) Screed plate The SRP95 series pavers have two screed plate configurations. Good work quality and high work efficiency.
5) Feeding and distributing system Four independent full-hydraulic transmission left and right feeding and distributing systems are used, and the material level adopts ultrasonic sensor control technology to ensure full-proportion uniform feeding.
