Cab
Safe and reliable: The K20 wide-body cab adopts a full skeleton + skin structure, meets the FOPS & ROPS standards, and is suitable for all-weather mining operations.
Quiet and comfortable: It has good NVH performance, is covered with PVC soft interior, uses semi-floating coil spring suspension, and can be equipped with airbag shock-absorbing seats.
Easy to operate: The dashboard adopts a surround layout, which is easy to operate. It is the first human-machine layout in the mining truck industry and meets the requirements of commercial vehicle GB/T 15705 and ECE R35 regulations.
Gearbox
The layout adopts the most reliable suspension installation method, and the inspection unit port and pipeline inspection port are specially set under the gearbox to ensure the reliability of the product and the convenience of inspection and maintenance.
Rear axle
The drive axle adopts an integral cast steel shell, increases the cross-section of the axle shell, and is connected to the frame through a ball joint structure thrust rod to ensure that the rear axle shell has sufficient rotational freedom relative to the frame. The drive axle is laterally limited by the thrust rod limit and leaf spring limit structure to limit the left and right swing of the axle.
Car box
The car box has a crisscross frame built in, and uses high-strength wear-resistant plates, which are fully welded and can withstand the impact of huge ores. The tail is equipped with a car box lifting safety protection device to prevent rolling and falling. The internal lining of the car box adopts an inclined diversion design to avoid sticking of the box caused by material accumulation.
Frame
Self-made welded box beam frame has high torsional resistance and fatigue resistance. The non-subbeam structure greatly reduces the center of gravity and greatly improves the stability of the vehicle; it uses intelligent robot welding to accurately configure various parameters, with small and beautiful welds and constant quality.
